Maintenance and waxing of terrazzo flooring
1. Environmental protection. This product is a water-based polymer lotion, which is applied to the floor. After 10-20 minutes of evaporation, the water in the lotion forms a transparent, bright and hard film, which can effectively prevent the volatilization of formaldehyde and other harmful ingredients in the floor paint, and at the same time can resist the attack of acid, alkali, solvent, gasoline and other petroleum products on the floor. This product has outstanding cleaning resistance, recoating ability, and peelability.
2. Bright. The brightness of the wear-resistant floor after completion is only about 35 °, and users are generally not satisfied with this brightness. They hope to obtain higher brightness. After using this product, the brightness can be increased to around 80 °, which can reach or approach the brightness of the self-leveling epoxy floor. After waxing with this product, terrazzo flooring can not only protect the ground, but also maintain high brightness for a long time, usually up to 2-3 months. More importantly, it can regain its original brightness after repainting. This can make any floor have recoverability (without any repairs).
3. Hard. Wax surface hardness is the biggest feature of this product. It can effectively prevent the fine gravel brought into the indoor area from grinding the ground, isolate the pollution of black shoe and tire marks on the ground, prevent hard objects from scratching the ground, and most effectively protect the effective coating of 1-3mm on the floor surface, keeping it fresh and bright.
4. Economy. The cost of applying this product twice per square meter is less than 1 yuan, and it has a high cost-effectiveness. The specific price range needs to be adjusted according to the market price.
