Mosaic steps of Terrazzo floor
1. Base treatment: Check the flatness and elevation of the base layer, grind the base layer beyond it, and then clean it thoroughly;
2. Use a water level to plot and design the thickness;
3. Laying the leveling layer with high-strength mortar;
4. Trim the base surface and clean it thoroughly;
2. Set out according to the design plan and inlay the grid strips;
3. The grid strip is fixed and laid for about three days. After the grid strip is stable, the surface plaster can be applied;
4. Seal and solidify the Terrazzo surface, so as to add another layer of protective surface to the Terrazzo to prevent infiltration, ash and sand.
5. Grinding with grinding disc is an important process for Terrazzo effect. The main purpose of grinding is to remove the cement slurry from the surface layer and smooth out the surface ballast.
6. The purpose of waxing is to make the Terrazzo floor more bright, smooth and beautiful. It is also easy to maintain and clean due to a thin layer of wax on the surface.
